IT Support Helpdesk / Application Specialist
Job Description
You will support retail clients from international fashion and luxury brands by resolving IT-related issues they face in their daily operations. When necessary, you will escalate issues to domestic and overseas external vendors or global team members.
As a product expert, you will provide IT support for prestigious luxury maisons and leading international fashion brands. This role involves direct communication with clients via phone, chat, and email, while closely collaborating with internal consultants, product teams, and technical teams to deliver effective solutions.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Strong communication skills
- Business-level Japanese proficiency
- Troubleshooting skills
- At least 3 years of PC usage experience (industry not specified)
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and email communication
- Minimum of 2 years of professional work experience
- Business etiquette suitable for supporting luxury consumer goods industry
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in IT helpdesk or related support roles
- Basic hardware and software troubleshooting skills
- A strong team-player spirit with flexibility mindset
- Problem-solving abilities
- English proficiency (preferred, not mandatory)
Working Conditions
- Working Hours: Shift-based schedule with preferred working days (between 9:00 AM and 10:00 PM)
- 8 hours of work + 1-hour break
- Average monthly overtime: less than 20 hours
Holidays & Days Off
- Two days off per week (shift-based)

- Domestic business travel to client sites may be required

Salary
- Annual income: JPY 3,000,000 – 7,000,000
- Annual salary: JPY 3,000,000 – 7,000,000 + transportation allowance
- Promotion opportunities based on achievements
- During the probation period:
- Hourly wage: JPY 1,500 – 1,700 (for candidates with no experience)
- Hourly wage: JPY 1,750 and above (for experienced candidates)
